"Mr. Klaus arrived at my house within 2 hours of calling. He made me aware of everything he had to check out and the possibilities of what could be wrong. Within a very short amount of time he was letting me know what he found and what he would have to do to fix the problem. He gave me different options and recommended the best solution to me. By the end of the day my kids had electricity back in their bedrooms and it did not cost me anywhere near what most other companies quoted me to even come and diagnose the issue. I recommend Resolute Electric to everyone out there reading this! Absolutely the most knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt company I have had to deal with in any of my home repairs."

"Mike showed up on time. His Service was excellent. Installation done in one day. Very friendly and polite. Very respectful of my property and to my husband and I. Awesome work. Would hire him again. Thank you Mike's Electric for your service."

"Great Lights uses very little electricity. Thank you 5 Year warrenty."

"I wanted him to highlight the house and highlight the trees. The finished design worked but the installation didn’t go all that well. The company sent the designer defective lights. He finally got everything working and has been very diligent about making sure the lights are working properly. He’s also been responsive when we had those issues – typically coming out within a day or so after I called."

"Everything went well at that time. We called on them after the store we purchased it from were unable to get the appliances installed correctly."

"They arrived promptly and started moving furniture. The room had never been painted after initial paint during construction. Kenny and crew did an outstanding job.  I was amazed that the gentleman doing the cut-in was so proficient and never had to use tape. The painting did take longer as I added the ceiling and stairwell to my original request but Kenny did his best to fit me in to finish up and in no time, the job was finished to my complete satisfaction.

"Dennis and his coworker arrived on time and took their time to ensure that our project was done in a superior manner! I appreciated their thorough and efficient work! I plan to include them on my preferred electrician list!"

"I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."

"This tech diagnosed the problem immediately as a broken door switch. He ordered the part and worked to get it installed as soon as possible so I could get back to normal laundry routines."

"Cougar Development did an excellent job creating a living space out of an addition to a home built in 1918. The drywall work was excellent as was the placing of needed electrical outlets and ceiling fan/lighting. Closet space is extremely hard to come by in our neighborhood and Cougar was able to build a 30 sq ft closet that our growing family is able to take advantage of. This room was just a storage space and is now a usable living area after Cougar was done with it. The quality of work for the price I paid was amazing! I have already recommended Cougar to those in my neighborhood and will continue to do so!"
