"The company did everything they said they were going to done."

"Antonio, at Greenovative, was great. I really enjoyed his professionalism. He and his crew found creative ways to decrease the price of the project. We are happy we gave Greenovative this project. Honestly, we will use them again."

"We constructed a new home about 8 years ago, Alex and his team was the most superior company I've worked with. Alex is very hands on, extremely involved all the way until the end of the project, and the product is great. He communicated very well, sent us pictures, and was exactly on time. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend them."

"My business partner(s) and I would like to thank everyone at Remodel Magic General Manager - Alex Designer - Maia Project manager - Robert Technician leader - Leo Plus two other master technician The quality of the work was outstanding, and the place is almost unrecognizable from its former state. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The team at Remodel Magic are committed to doing quality work and ensuring that their clients are happy with the completed project. For any issues that were not initially done to our satisfaction, Remodel Magic was quick to correct them. The Team at Remodel Magic helped us to work through some difficult infrastructure issues with our investment property and interfaced with our maintenance staff to ensure everything went smoothly. The team (especially General Manager Alex) was available to communicate during off hours, which was helpful with our busy work schedule. A few tips for anyone going into a project - make sure you know what you want. If you have a clear vision and are able to communicate it, The team at Remodel Magic will execute exactly as you want. The Team plan for every aspect of the project down to the last detail, and ensure that all finishing materials and fixtures arrive when you need them. The Team from Remodel Magic went above and beyond for us, and I would enthusiastically recommend Remodel Magic to anyone considering a remodeling project or renovation in NYC."

"We are completely delighted. Everything went perfectly. Danny, our sales representative, was great at explaining options, and was always available for questions. The expert installers, Andreas and Dmitri, were fun to work with, responsive to our requests, and even installed our new doorbell. I look forward to working with this excellent company again for new windows."

"We had an old deck that needed to be replaced.  When the old deck came down we had to do some grading of the soil.  Jim worked with us to schedule himself and the tractor work to make this happen.  The new deck exceeds our expectations.  Jim has great attention to detail and made sure that every part of the deck looked correct and pleasing to the eye.  We added string lights and outdoor lights to the project and he was happy to add that as well.  It is very hard to find people who are excited about your project and take ownership of it.  We found that in Jim and his team!  We are SUPER happy and would reccommend Jim to anyone.

"I knew it was going to be challenging to find an investor that would lend me money for this real estate venture.  I have lived 20 years in a four unit historic condominium building in downtown Jersey City and I wanted to buy the unit above me as an investment property.  But with Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac rules, they would not give me a loan because I would own half the building and this would give me too much control over condo association decisions.  I checked with Angie's List where Central Lending was well recommended and spoke with Mark, the president of Central Lending, about my situation and that I needed an unconventional loan outside of Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac oversights.  After many disappointments and on the very last day of my contract with the seller, Mark found a lender.  And on the very last day of the window to the loan, it closed.  I cannot thank Mark and his assistant Judy enough for their patience and steadfast of seeing this through.  I cannot tell you the emotional roller-coaster ride I went through during the 4 1/2 month duration.  There were many moments that I wanted to give up but Mark reassured me that the sale would happen.  Without Mark's personal intervention with the lender and title company, this deal would not have closed.   You can be sure that when I am in the market to buy unit #3, I will not hesitate to contact Central Lending.  Thank you so much."

This is the second time that we have used City Wide Construction & Renovation, and they NEVER disappoint. Nadeem and his crew are always prepared; ready to get the job done; and on time! Not only did they achieve their excellence once again, but they went above and beyond by assisting me with the photos that I needed to send to the insurance company once the work was completed. I wish all of our contractors were this dependable and reliable. It's always a real pleasure dealing with Nadeem. He has the sweetest personality and tries so hard to make you happy in every way. A real gem of guy who works with a quality of excellence and perfection. Need I say more?
