"4-Ever Watertite waterproofed our home in 2012, exterior and interior.The outside east, west and north walls weredug up manuallydown to the footing. (These sides represent the main part of our house built in 1938; the south side is part ofan extension to the house built in 1965). The porch was removed (later replaced by Madison Maintenance LLC).  New draintiles were installede with 4in. draintile with sock.  Bleeder onwalls were flushed out so water would flow.Delta board installed from footing to grade. 6 mil Visqueen, trowel grade tar used.  Edges treated with eucalistic sealant and moldings, mortar joints repaired inside and out.  Fabric installed over stone, dirt and topsoil, basement window recaulked.
     Mr. Bob Gray and his crew were professional and efficient and we have been please with the result of their work.  They have also straightened basement walls for us-separate review.

He came back with a fair estimate and promised to get it done within a week even though they were already booked. Jimmy did an amazing job on the tile work and Jeff and Jimmy came back on Saturday to finish the job. The tile work had outstanding attention to detail and, knowing I am pretty detail oriented, asked for my input to ensure the work met my expectations. As a bonus, they were also great with my tenants dog! I would absolutely hire again, in fact I am about to call them for an estimate on my bathroom remodel."

"The man that came out was very knowledgeable, polite. Not pushy. He explained the quote and that there is a rebate on savings on electricity. I don't have much to compare the price to. He was stuck somewhere and was a little late. He was finishing his job and if I was the other customer who was completing the job and doing it right, I would appreciate the fact that he didn't leave and say he would come back. He took care of that customer. The owner came out to complete the service."

Even though we had to re-schedule 4 or 5x because of the weather, Logan would call me each week and give me an update on the next scheduled appointment. "I paid $160 for the Angie's List deal for Interior Design Consultation, and I feel like it was nearly a complete waste of my money.  I'm pretty sure I would have gotten 90% of what I received for free if i had just called them and asked for a quote on a kitchen remodel.  I expected some specific cabinet style/color recommendations, granite, backsplash, wall color recommendations, but the information I received was fairly generic.  And since they don't do refacing or refinishing, which is probably what we will end up doing, their estimate was based on all new cabinets, so it was much more than we plan on spending.  Definitely regret spending the $160."
