"I contacted Mr Handyman from Angie's List around June 25th 2024. Mr Handy sent me a quote on June 26th for $3360 for 2men and 2days to complete the job of building a sunroom at my home. I excepted and scheduled a appointment for work to be done on July the 1st. Mr. Handyman called me on June the 28th to reschedule for July the 2 2024. They showed up on the 2nd worked 5 hours and come again on July 3 2024 worked for 8 hours. Job was still not completed. I called the company on July 8 2024 to find out about completed the job, I was told that someone would be out on July 10 2024 no one showed. I called the company around 9am on the 10th I was told that someone would be out to complete the job on July 11 2024. No one showed or called on July 11 2024. I called the company on July 12 2024 I spoke with the Owner and he said he would have someone out on July 15 2024 between 8-10am. The contractor came out on July 15 2024 worked 3 hours and told me that nothing could be done about the leak in the roof or the stripped door handle and missing screws. I called back to the company talked to the owner I offered to send photos of the job he refused to accepted. I have not talk to or received any call about rectifying to problem. I would like a refund of $1491 to hire another contractor. I do not trust this company to do the job correctly."

Although the job was delayed several days due to the rain, the first dry day they were out building my garden shed. It was not the easiest job as there were many, many parts and screws included, but the team pushed thru, muddy ground and all, and it turned out beautifully. I will definitely be using Apex again and will highly recommend Henry and the team to friends and family. "

When an unexpected noise then appeared, Duane came back within a couple of days and replaced a clip that no longer had enough tension to stay in place, free of charge. There is a reason that this company has a perfect approval rating. Debbie, who handles the scheduling, was also efficient and professional. And Duane wore a mask."

We couldn't have been happier to have their expertise. We have continued to use to maintain the sealed gas insert they replaced. They are knowledgeable, honest and reliable."

"It went pretty well. There was some tape residue left on our hardwood floors from the installers using blue painter's tape. We were reimbursed for the damages. However, I would recommend that they don't do this on future customers' floors, especially in an older home like ours."
