Their 4 man crew had a designated leader that kept the work flow steady and precise. Each man in this crew knew their job and were very proficient and methodical in the approach to window replacement and installation. I was very pleased in having them volunteer to fill old voids with foam insulation that the original installer had missed throughout the house. On the first day of installation there was a constant mist of rain, but that did not deter them from working at a steady pace. The second day of install was nicer weather but the process was still the same for window removal and installation. The new windows match the exterior of the house trim and siding perfectly."

When the windows were installed the crew was absolutely phenomenal. Their boots never actually touch any of your flooring as they immediately start spreading drop cloths as they walk into your house. Extremely hardworking, friendly group of guys, and when they left there was not a single spot that we had to clean up, inside or outside the home. We were just left with amazingly beautiful new windows. We have a Cape Cod style home and only have central air in our upstairs, so on hot summer days we also run a room air conditioner in one of the rooms on the main level. Since our windows were installed the first week of June we have had many super hot 90 degree days, high humidity . . . but we have not had to run the room air conditioner since that time, and our central air conditioner actually turns off once in a while which it has not done during the summer months for years!! So our electric bill has gone down! Our experience with Pure Energy Window Company has been nothing but positive. If you are looking to replace your old windows, we highly recommend this company."

"Price was competitive. The company owner, Ed, and his wife, Tina, provided good assistance and advice to select doors and hardware. They were relaxed and responsive. The doors were installed exactly as ordered. The installers were meticulous, perfect clean up and the entire job was turn key including all inside and out side trim. The old doors were removed and hauled away and the entire job was completed in about 5 hours. So this was a complete and finished project. We would definitely use this company again and will strongly recommend them to others."

"We are very pleased with how the process went from initial consultation through the completion of the work. They started the job about 5 1/2 weeks after we hired them which was a little sooner than the original estimate. The workers arrived daily between 8-8:30 and worked until around 5pm. We had wood siding that had spots that were rotting. They removed the old siding and gutters, installed new insulation and wrap, and replaced with new vinyl siding, aluminum trim, and new gutters. It took three guys eight days to complete the siding/trim job, and the gutter guys finished in one day. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves every day, although we did find a few nails and bits and pieces of aluminum trim on our patio and in the grass in the days following the completion of the work."
