"This was a four day project and Tom worked from 8am to several nights till 8pm. He worked alone and he made sure the site was totally cleaned perfectly before he left. The bedroom windows were installed in one day and he even went above and beyond by re-installing all the shades into the new woodwork. The kitchen window installation turned into a more challenging project than first anticipated. He meticulously installed custom woodworking to conceal several pipes and provided a finished customized look to the newly enlarged opening. In addition, he did a fabulous job removing and re-installing the outside siding. We could not have been more pleased with his skill, professionalism, and outstanding work ethic."

The salesman who met with me name John did not pressure me to buy the most expensive windows, it was a pleasure to speak with the salesman who doesn’t try to pressure you into getting the most expensive things and he really showed he cared about me getting the best windows for my home. Even Jennifer who is the co-owner and answers the phones is polite and calls and checks up to let you know when your windows will be there when they arrive. The man who came here to work on the windows were three of them. It took them about seven hours to install all three windows and the patio doors it was so quick I was stunned. They even vacuumed and took all the old windows away. You wouldn’t even know they were here because unlike other contractors I’ve hired and I’ve hired many because I just moved into a new home they left my house spotless. I will absolutely use them again if I need to for another window I have for anything else they do. I highly recommend them I met with four other window manufacturers and they were so overpriced and aggressive in trying to make the sale. Men With tools where the total opposite. Again if you want to professionalism, courteous, a lifetime warranty, and the job done quickly and efficiently absolutely hire this company. I can go on anon but I’ll stop but I was so impressed with this company and I highly recommend them to you and I tell you you won’t be disappointed. The day after my windows were done Joanne the salesman who came here called me to ask me how everything went even gave me his cell phone number to let me know if I ever need something done with the windows or patio doors to call him because his lifetime warranty. You don’t get service like this anymore these days it was great that this company is old school and actually cares about the customers and doesn’t try to sell you the most expensive items they have to make a buck."

We replaced 17 windows, as well as the front doors and French patio doors - the whole process was smooth and transparent start to finish, with the owner Lenny personally supervising the job, not rushing anywhere and addressing all our questions on the spot with patience. The windows and doors look stunning, are energy star, easy to operate and are exactly the aesthetic we were looking for, at a price we found very reasonable after getting many many quotes. We can tell our AC is not blasting anymore around the clock. It was also amazing to see how good of a relationship Lenny has with his suppliers. Peter (Pand P) gave us a practical solution for water drainage and installing the doors, He also provided us concise information on how the work would be completed, the materials required and what exactly we needed to do. I would recommend a visit from Peter for any contruction project because he has so much experience and because of his professional integrity. We interviewed several companies for this project and Peter stood out. It seemed as though several companies were either not suited for the project or they were interested in selling us more services than what we needed. I have an 80-year-old house where no repair/replace/upgrade job ever goes quite as planned and often it's not clear just how extensive the repairs need to be until the works gets started and the old fixtures come out. "I must say that I read the reviews and was impressed by them. That was my sole reason for choosing Eastern Glass Block. I spoke with Ron (the owner) who immediately set up a time for someone to come do measurements which was February 25th at 12. That morning Ron called and asked if it could possibly be pushed back til 1:30. That was fine with me. The gentleman was slightly late but it was due to traffic which I completely understand. He told me Ron had fussed at him but he had tried his best to get there on time. He was very nice and had me laughing. I spoke back to Ron after the measurements who gave me the price and stated his guys would be there March 1st. I was very happy with the date because I desperately needed the windows and thought it may take longer. On that morning Ron called to let me know what time the installers (Pedro and Carlos) would be there. They were definitely on time and were very friendly. Once the work was completed, I was asked to make sure it was done the way I wanted it. I was and am very happy and pleased with the look and overall professionalism from Ron and his workers. "<p>Alan and Angie were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.  Alan took the time to come to our home very early one morning (outside of his normal business hours) to accommodate my husbands and my busy work schedules.  Alan is extremely knowledgeable about his product and was able to guide us threw what the best choice for our home was.  Angie worked with us to give us a organized and detailed proposal, and was very communicative throughout the entire process from the signing of the contract right through the installation of the windows and beyond.  Alan even showed us his manufacturing facility when we went to their offices to sign our contract.</p> <p>The install was a 2 day process in which the installers placed and wrapped all 17 of the windows in one day.  Not only were they fast and efficient, they were very clean and really nice people.  They returned a second day and framed, installed and wrapped our sliding patio door in 2 hours and were cleaned up and completed.  We were very impressed with the installers work ethic, cleanliness and overall performance in their work.</p> <p>The Window's themselves are amazing.  We went with Triple pain glass as we live on a busy road and the noise reduction and insulation difference is amazing.  The windows look great, function amazingly well and were extremely affordable.
