"Superior Installation. It is amazing, we have not stopped admiring our house since it was completed. Every time we approach the house we comment how much we love it. Our utility bills usage went down by 80 units per month and a $1.10 per day. We lowered the heat from 73 degrees last year to 68 this year and the house is warm in every room. Don’t want to forget how much quieter it is, the dogs don’t always hear the mail car. The company who did the warranty work on the windows made the comment what a superior job the installers did and how fortunate we had been to get such quality work. "Thought spring had broken but technician found it was the cable that was broken so spring had come off. Replaced both cables as other one was very old, and also put on new bottom fixtures/rollers. Very prompt (was actually able to come earlier than scheduled as another job didn't take as long as expected). Called to check before coming to the house."

"Trying to narrow-down the list of vendors for this work wasn't easy.  The scores and # of reviews were relatively the same.  In this case, I went to a few neighbors for their recommendations.  Ultimately, I chose Excel Windows randomly from a group of 3 other vendors.  In retrospect, I was d*** lucky and picked the best vendor.  Let me explain why.  When Excel first visited my home, it was in response to a Home Inspection report.  They found 14 windows/sashes that needed replacement.  Weeks later, during installation, they found that they involved (and purchased inventory for) 13 windows/sashes.  Without hesitation, the team's chief said they'd cover the cost.  Moreover, they also found a broken screen (which they weren't responsible for) and offered to replace this -- also at no additional cost.  Wow ... how often do you get service like that?  Mine isn't a special case.  Having spoken w/others since this event, it seems this is how Excel Windows operates.  Class act, indeed. <br />"

I had to talk to Devin two times to get the crew back and even then there's one side where the drip edge was not replaced."

"We hired HSP construction to update our powder room bathroom. We wanted to add insulation, drywall, get rid of a window and laundry shoot, fix flooring, plumbing, and add a bath fan and electrical outlet. HSP was able to do it all. Chuck Leo required us to select and pay for our vanity, toilet, mirrors, towel bar, and accessories. They offered to pick large items up at store if they were held under our name. HSP estimated 2 weeks for the job and that's how long it took. Each day they communicated what they were going to work on, when leaving for lunch or the day. They were clean, polite, professional and answered all our questions. We never saw them wasting time on their cell phones or taking extremely long breaks. We were able to email the office for questions or concerns about anything. I was so thankful that the worker tested the bathroom grab bar after installing. He discovered it damaged the wall and would not hold weight. He went to the store to find a better grab bar that worked perfect. Can't imagine how awful that would have been if myself or our handicap parents would have fallen with that grab bar. The workmanship is nicely done. I would highly recommend HSP for your construction project big or small. We will hire them again."

The siding work to repair a leaky chimney, which included the installation of new fascia boards and flashing, was done with great care and attention to detail. It all came together nicely and looks amazing! We are very pleased with the installation, service, and dependability of First Choice Gutters & Siding. This is the second time that I have hired this company to perform exterior home repairs and will hire them again for future projects. "They did a good job. They were very responsive to any issues I found. There were some nicks and dings in the wood and when we discovered them, they pulled it out and replaced it. I had a rip in one of the screens and they very quickly put a new screen in. There was an issue with a hinge from the manufacturer and they came back and replaced the hinge. They were great. I'm pretty sure they weren't the cheapest around but from the other quotes I had, they were actually below the other quotes. They weren't putting in pocket windows. They put in full replacement windows so I think it was a good job for a reasonable price. I think he sold me a good window. They were late once."
