I scheduled a tune for my heat pump, Allred was thorough and quick in setting the appointment, and communication of status and pending arrival time was on point. Raphael arrived, walked me through the maintenance steps he planned to take and the sequencing of the job, gave me an anticipated time to complete, and was at work immediately. All stated deliverables were met, and he provided a thorough after service report complete with pictures to show the work that was done and the recommended additional maintenance that would be wise to do to extend the life of our equipment. He was courteous, pleasant, clean and well-spoken, and I felt completely comfortable with him working in our home. I will continue to recommend Allred to my friends seeking HVAC services, and have sent several folks their way already. Very happy customer, exceptionally positive experience."

"They contacted me with the right unit to buy and a reasonably priced supplier. They hadn’t installed my particular model before but were confident. I ordered the unit, paid up front, and told them when it arrived. They worked me into the schedule within the week and arrived first thing in the morning. The install had some quirks due to the unit not being straight forward to install in keeping with code, but the electrician explained how he was going to change the wiring to the unit in order to meet code and preserve the weather proofing. He was polite and friendly, gave me an extra warranty due to the unusual situation, and helped me pair my phone with the correct app for charging. He also quickly diagnosed and fixed my outlet. "Brett Bloomberg came out to the house, and after looking at the job, estimated cost to fix at $1500- $2000. He then said he was not charging for the current trip, as it was late and he was going to come in the morning to start work. We then said that if we dug up the lawn it would save money off the bill. He said the procedure was to install a clean out drain, scope the sewer with a camera, and clear the sewer with a "cable." We did as he asked and dug up the lawn. He came out the next morning with his apprentice, and proceeded to do as he promised. They installed the clean out, scoped the sewer, and proceeded to "cable" the sewer. Apparently, however, the "cable" was too small, as it became tangled in the roots instead of clearing them, it became stuck. At this point he called the City of Bellevue. The city utility department came out with trucks and men and basically took over the job. Brett and his apprentice stood around and watched while the city employees "jetted" the pipes and unstuck Brett's "cable," They also got the roots cleared from the sewer. Brett presented his bill. $3,847.80!. ONE DAYS' WORK. TWICE HIS ESTIMATED AMOUNT. I feel lied to. He refused to leave the jobsite until he got paid. ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS..."
