"Of the eight companies who bid, Greenwood did the best assessment of the somewhat quirky situation my old house presented. The estimator came just a few days before the big freeze in January, and they were able to schedule installation within two days. Once the installers were on site, there was some confusion re where various components would go, but a phone call to the company cleared that up within an hour. From then on the heat pump installation went smoothly and professionally, the electricians did a quick and effective job of hooking it up to the service, and the site was left clean. I did not understand at first how to operate the thermostat, given that the Mitsubishi owners manual was of limited help, and per my request a rep from the company came out a few days later to give me a tutorial about what the range of settings can do. From then on the system has operated flawlessly and lives up to its reputation."

"Five yrs of living in this house, using a different company each yr for my HVAC annual service and each year no one could reduce the noise from my AC fan in the backyard or better say no one acknowledged that the noise level us just too high. So, we grew accustomed to it over the years and thought of the noise as a negative externality or as the price to pay to have a livable space during those hot summer days. Seatown technician, Brian, took extra time to fix the noise issue and at the end, I still paid the same original price that I was quoted. Also I should mention that Brian was on time and courteous of the property. Unlike other past services, Brian took photos of all the serial numbers and part numbers pertaining to the system I have and send them to me electronically in a PDF format, making it easy to use for future references. I am glad that my five year quest to find a knowledgable company with reasonable service fees has come to an end. "It went well. They came out on a Sunday afternoon (of course it was more expensive because it was the weekend and their emergency hours). They completed the repair, and then checked over our furnace while they were there. We also signed up for a reduced rate for a yearly servicing of the furnace. We then called back and had them service our air-conditioning unit and signed up for a reduced rate for yearly servicing. Very professional."

"Our Heat pump was not providing cold air so I called for a repair person to come out and fix it. Evergreen was able to provide me same day service which was impressive and the tech Alec Smith was very professional and skilled. He had the main issue diagnosed within probably 20 minutes and had a replacement part on hand. My complaint with Evergreen and this is probably common throughout the industry is the markup they put on those replacement parts. I needed a dual run Capacitor for which I was charged approximately $175 dollars. After doing a little research I found that this is a $21 part from Grainger or Amazon. That's one **** of a mark-up. I can tolerate a mark-up because of the convenience but I feel 800% is excessive."

I had another highly reputed company come diagnose my failed furnace and provide an estimate, but AirPros' price for the same part and repair was much more reasonable and furnace repairs are not cheap, so the difference mattered significantly. AirPros also treated me like family. Go with this family business, you will be happy."
