We agreed on a price and start date He has a great relationship with a local wholesaler, so I got my carpet and flooring at a good price. Huge selection and very professional help in selecting our stuff. Zeus is well regarded there so they like working with his clients. Work started on time but finished early! Guys were so professional. Cleaned everything. Left nothing behind and the work quality was outstanding. The entire house looks like new. They were punctual. "They came to our house to review the scope of work. While here they recommended some additional work and then provided a written estimate. After discussing the work, my wife and i negotiated a slightly different scope and fee which they agreed to. They asked for a down payment prior to starting the work. Based on the reviews, listed by Home Advisor and the fact they accept credit cards we did agree to the down payment. The work was scheduled for about three weeks into the future. They showed up right on time and completed all they said they would on day one. We scheduled a second day to allow the grout to cure and then they came back to seal the tile. We noticed several minor defects from the first days work. Once the tile was sealed, they went about correcting all of the minor defects. The finished results looks great."

We scheduled our project more than a month out because he is busy, and he started and finished on time. Clear communication throughout the project. This included making sure that we had the right tile and quantities, and that the bathrooms were ready for the work to begin. This made the job go so smoothly. There were no surprises. Chad kept the work areas clean as he progressed through the project. We wanted a change order mid-way through the project (add a shower niche that we had forgotten to include) and Chad was easy to work with, offered suggestions, and was clear on the additional price. "Sound Cleaning was hired at the request of my HOA and does special services by arrangement with homeowners. They did a great job of cleaning my patio which hadn't been cleaned in 2 years. In addition, large pots were cleaned along with the windows, a couple of other patio items and the patio umbrella which was dirtied by the HOA when cleaning gutters and roofs. They did a great job, moved the heavier items, and everything looks fresh and clean. I'd definitely hire them again on my own."
