He also suggested vendors to work with and suggested meeting them to choose materials (which was the other cost of course). That was very helpful. Jeff was always available via text or phone. Mostly text. He was the point person if I had concerns. Always gracious. Happy to weigh in if I wasn't sure about something. He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. I felt very fortunate to have Jeff commit to my project since my bathroom is extremely small (two people standing in it is a crowd) and it can be tough to find someone who will work on a small project."

He is amazingly knowledgeable and offered wonderful suggestions about our overall needs as well as the specific job we contacted him about. His colleague, Matt, followed up and actually did the work. He is a remarkable technician, understanding exactly what we needed (in this case cabinet remodeling and replacement) and followed up ensuring that the work was precise and not only met our requirements but also ended up looing better than we had expected. He is meticulous in his work, but also highly sensitive to ensuring that everything he does leaves the area cleaner than when he began. He gave us excellent suggestions on other work we were exploring. Scott and Matt are really wonderful people. "Although we have been using Bish for bi-weekly mows/lawn care and plowing during the snow for about a year, I googled him today when I lost all contacts on my phone and had a question for him. Anyway, google brought this up and frankly we were shocked by the terrible reviews and felt they did not represent our interactions with Tyler or his work. This review was not solicited or asked for, we just felt the other side of the *coin* needed to be stated. As new residents of Bellingham with a large plot of land, we needed someone who would be consistent, do good work, and help plow our long driveway and shovel our walkway when snow hit. We had no connection to Bish and just kinda went with positive reviews that we found online last year. Now that we have had a full year working with Bish I will highlight several items for reference: 1) He is the most reliable and consistent worker we have hired for our new home, 2) He is affordable and stands by his word.....if you request mowing not start until a certain date and be done bi-weekly or whatever, he does it without any prompting or reminding, 3) He is very trustworthy in terms of his willingness to not ask for payment until after services are rendered and he bills after the month of services (i.e. mows for May will be billed the first week in June), 4) Bish is extremely trusting of clients....As noted previously, he would send a monthly invoice for services and I would send him a check when doing my monthly bills. On one occasion, his invoice got lost in my house and I forgot to pay him. (I know that does not sound legit but it was true). Any other vendor would be suspicious of hearing such a silly but totally legit excuse for non-payment but he just sent me a kind text reminder and politely accepted my mea culpa and 5) We have found Tyler and the guys working for/with him to be nice young men who are always pleasant, respectful and decent. Other than the occasional times we run into them while they are doing their lawn care, we do not have occasion to see Tyler or his crew. However, they always give a big smile, a nice wave and always say *no problem* if we happen to give an additional task for them to complete while they are doing their bi-weekly work. All in all, we have excellent experience with Bish Landscape."
