"We have had several Sila visits in recent months - all exceptional. VISIT 1: We had old pipes and valves that limited our dishwasher, so we had that replaced. While there, the Sila agent suggested we replace some of the attached lines and managed to streamline our hookups by removing some of the unneeded valves and connections no longer needed. VISIT 2: We similarly had a great visit and instal from David, who did a very beautiful install on our new water heater. He removed the broken unit, improved the connection design, put in improved valves and labelled each with a tag, then tagged other connections through the basement."

"The installers came out on time at 8:30 am and completed the installation later that evening. Explained everything, labeled all the pipes, and were careful to put everything back in place and clean up before they left. Overall very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend this company."

"Services primarily Bellingham and Franklin areas. Came the same day I called him to assess the situation. He tested necessary electrical circuits and found them to be in order. Evidently there is a "reset" button near one of the elements and thermostats, he hit it and the elements started working. I had hot water in 45 minutes. I felt he was very honest. Was happy he did not try to sell me a new hot water heater (this one is 13 years old)."
