"We have used Near Me Roofing Company for many years with replacement of our roof and many repairs. We appreciate the quality of the work and prompt follow up if we have any deficiencies."

"Excellent work done in a timely manner."

"Mike was great and seemed very knowledgeable. My house and property was significantly damaged by flooding and it is a big job. I didn't get a bid for the full scope of work from Mike and ultimately decided on a contractor that gave me a bid for everything and knew personally. I looked at pictures of Mike's cabinet work and was impressed. It was a tough decision and work has not yet begun because I'm waiting on insurance. Mike was very kind which I appreciated during such a stressful time."

"Josh is extremely professional and a skilled craftsman. I was very impressed with his attention to detail. He comes highly recommended. I am very happy with the results. Thanks again!"

"I have hired Eastman Built Construction Inc. for several projects at my home, including installing a custom iron front entry door, installing a back door, building a custom range hood surround, and completing other finish carpentry work. Ed takes pride in his craftsmanship and pays close attention to detail. The installation of my custom iron front door was especially challenging because of its size and weight, yet he handled it professionally and made sure everything was installed correctly. Throughout every project, Ed was reliable, honest, easy to work with, and willing to discuss different design ideas to achieve the best result. He always kept me informed and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I highly recommend Eastman Built Construction Inc. to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a contractor who genuinely cares about doing the job right. Thank you, Ed, for all of your hard work. I look forward to working with you again in the future."

"Solomon did an excellent job repairing a rotten post. Repaired painted and cleaned up. Look great. I would highly recommend."

"I had a full bathroom remodel done by Burlingame. I was referred by a friend of mine and I am extremely happy with the work that was done. The crew was respectful, courteous, and cleaned up at the end of each day. Burlingame was easy to work with and assisted in the design choices along the way. When unexpected things came up, they always do, prompt notification was provided and any issues were addressed. I plan on having Burlingame remodel the guest bathroom and kitchen in the future. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and final product. I highly recommend their services!"

"Jose and his employees are highly skilled craftsmen who have their customer’s satisfaction as their top priority. This is the second time I’ve hired them to do work around my home and again I was very, very pleased. (The first time was a remodel my master and main bathrooms. They turned out beautiful and I couldn’t have been happier) All the people involved with building my fence were very pleasant and responsive. They were able to work around some wooden plant boxes and low decking that were built closely to or attached to the ordinal fence without damaging them. Whenever there was a question as to our preferences, work didn’t continue until it was answered. They also did a great job cleaning up all the debris from my yard. I would easily hire them again and highly recommend J&T Remodel for any home renovation."

"George Suba was punctual. He showed up every morning between 8 and 8:30. Very neat. At the end of the day, after he cleaned up the worksite, I would never have known there was on going construction outside of that room. He gutted my bathroom, installed tile, new tub and toilet, vinyl plank flooring, moved electric outlet, plumbing, painted, and hung a new mirror, He stayed on my project until completion. The quality of his work was outstanding and fairly priced. The outcome exceeded my expectations. He was also kind enough to help me with finishing touches in my new home by hanging decorative art pieces in lanai and on my courtyard walls and installing a peep hole in front door. I will be rehiring him to remodel my master bathroom next. He is a wonderful gentleman. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and wouldn't consider hiring anyone else for my next bathroom remodel."
