Bob (sales) called ahead of the appointed time in order to arrive early (yea!), and the installation team (JJ and two younger guys) arrived a bit earlier than expected (yea!). They quickly moved my big furniture and removed the old carpeting and pad. About seven hours later I had brand new carpeting to walk on! After I thoroughly vacuumed the new carpeting I didn't find any real problems except for one visible "seam peak" in the main floor area (and I believe this may become less visible over time)."

"Large 1st floor project. Entry way, hall closet, kitchen, powder room, living room and dining room - team installed luxury vinyl planks throughout. Also they installed 1/4 round trim to replace old trim. Job was estimated to take 2 day and they did complete on time. Also they did not try to sneak in charges or change the estimated price. I will use them again for my upstairs rooms. 100% satisfactory work."

"I have been preparing my house for sale, so I decided to get an estimate on having 1800 square feet of hardwood floors buffed and coated with urethane. I discussed the price over that phone. The estimated cost was 40 cents per square foot, totaling $800, contingent on inspection by the owner of Superior Hardwood Flooring, George. He arrived at my house and carefully looked at the condition of the floors throughout. He noted that much of my wood flooring is in very good condition. Some areas have minor dark spots that are the result of washing with water, over the years. George explained that the dark spots would not be improved by buffing and coating and that spending $800 would really not yield a great difference. He advised that the only way to get back to a new finish look would be to refinish everything. He further advised that by going down the path of refinishing, I could update with the darker more trendy colors, but that the cost of doing so would be significantly higher, $2.50 per square foot, and would not likely be a good return on my investment. I decided not to do anything to my wood floors and I really appreciate the professionalism and candid advise that George provided, for my particular situation."

"My initial experience was positive. The salesperson was very helpful and I chose carpeting that was reasonable for my budget. The installers were punctual and courteous. However, the price in the store for my carpeting was incorrect, and when it came time to pay, the salesperson was pretty rude when I demanded the price that was on the sample in the store. He even refused to let me talk to his boss. After speaking with another salesperson, I was given the price that was in the store and a credit for the extra labor for stairs, which was nice. I'm not totally pleased with the installation. There are air pockets and bumps all over the place, and when I went back to the store, I was told to try sticking pins in the air pockets and if that didn't work, they would come pull up the carpet. I just don't feel like dealing with them anymore, so I'll probably just accept all the imperfections because I don't want to turn my basement upside down to fix them. <br />"
