"We were very pleased with the work that the Genove technicians did. They removed our 40-year-old gas boiler and associated water heater and replaced it with a new system. They tested the new system carefully, put explanatory tags on all of the relevant pipes and faucets, and cleaned up well. The team members were polite and worked hard. We had similarly good experiences when Genove technicians came to repair our central AC system. They were knowledgeable and efficient, got the system going again, and the price was fair. We continue to use this company for heating and AC repairs."

"Water heater ruptured just before I had to leave for work and only a week after moving in. Calling around for pricing to make sure we didn't bust our budget I spoke to Mandy and had told her I needed to get back to her after a couple more calls. Bill overheard our conversation and called me back personally to discuss. He also texted me offering to answer any questions I had. Price was right in our budget and lower than anyone else. Bill came out that day himself to install the new water heater. He was super nice and extremely helpful in answering questions about different options for the new install to make sure we got the set up that would work best for us. I elected to have him service our steam boiler while he was there so we would be ready for the winter. He took the time to walk me through proper care and operation of the system as we had never had steam heat before. Very happy with his work and will not hesitate to contact again for any plumbing work we might need done in the future."
