"The yearly service agreement I have for inspection of my furnace and central air was a great investment. Jim a furnace tech arrived today on time per great communication with him and his office. The inspection was far greater than I expected for the cost. The tech was pleasant and very good at his job. Being a retired field service technician I’m a good judge and was more than satisfied. I highly recommend Kettle moraine as over the years we have had them replace the furnace and also our central air. Every experience has been a pleasure and without one complaint."

"Fab Tek installed heating, air conditioning and duct work in my home. I am very happy with the work they performed. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone!!"

"Ben was originally a sub contractor for an addition to our home in Highland, WI. He installed new duct work to the dormer addition, and I retained him for furnace replacement, and, later, addition of a central a/c unit. I appreciated his openness to questions, his attention to detail and his technical knowledge. He is a delightful person, totally devoid of b/s, and fully trustworthy."

"Installers arrived on time and were professional in their manner and explanations of our new Carrier Furnace & AC. I highly recommend this company."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition.
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"Harker Heating And Cooling is the best HVAC contractor we have ever worked with in 40 years. Their web site proudly says they are an “honest company with Midwestern values.” That is absolutely true. Their representative provided in-depth advice, answered our questions. and returned our messages. Their techs were knowledgeable, professional, careful, and friendly. They were on time, on call, and on budget. The service they provided for us over the years could not be better. So when the time finally came to replace our old furnace and A/C we selected them. Unfortunately, they encountered many unexpected problems installing our new equipment. Many more than they had anticipated for the job. But their representative pledged to address every one of them no matter how hard it was for them or how much of their time it took. And that is exactly what they did. No quibbling and no questions. They got the job done right. If you want an honest family contractor who stands behind what they do, and lives by those Midwestern values, then this is the company to hire. You will be glad you did. "I am on an annual contract for HVAC/plumbing with Master Services. It makes sense to bill me monthly and I receive excellence service with 3x/year maintenance of AC, furnace and plumbing. They are wonderful at communication, performance and followup."

"Andy did a great job installing crown moulding on the first floor of our new home. The job was done ahead of schedule and costed less than the original quote! We were very happy with his workmanship and would use Andy for future projects."
