"We had a late afternoon appointment and Anthony stayed until the job was complete, around 8:00. Service was reformed at a price we felt was competative. He ended up replacing our faucet, supply lines and valves. This was the only company to call back after putting a request for quote on Angies List. Overall great experience nad feel good if you choose Anthony and everyone at True Blue."

"I used Ben Franklin. I think what they do is send out different plumbers on their list. The first one was a bummer. he ripped me off and overcharged. The next time they sent out a different plumber who was an older man. When he heard about my first experience,  He got on the phone and called the company, when they finished the job they took off $400 off of my bill. If I could have that man every time. The first guy totally overcharged me. 

I have some more things to have done, but don't know if I can afford it. I wish I could have the second guy who came out.  I would consider using them again.

The price kind of sting me, the faucet was very expensive. I think thats why the nd plumber called and got me the refund. He used the fair price guarantee. I think $600 for a kitchen faucet is kind of steep myself.  Thats one of the things I complained about to the nd plumber. One of the things being advertised being AL they were going to replace an outside faucet for $79 and the first guy charged me almost $300. 

If Benjamin is just working with several plumbers in my area and they see who is available at the time in my zip code, Unless they have vetted the people themselves personally and know what they are going to do, it isn't such a great deal. 

They did the work I asked, just the pricing between the 2 different plumbers were a bummer. 

I thought $1353 was excessive, replacing an outside water faucet, routing out the pipes from 2 sinks. They told me they couldn't clean out the existing faucet enough for it to work, so I bought the faucet he had in the truck. 

My nd experience was great, came out in time.  For professionalism, the first plumber was overcharging but the second plumber was fair and was good for retired people.

"We hired Sissi company to first remove mold from our roof shaded by a big tree. Lewis did a great job and sprayed chlorine in the end to kill the mold that were hard to remove. We then hired him to paint our outside wooden wall. Lewis painted quite carefully and respected and accommodated our requests. After this work done, he did basement waterproofing project for us as well. It saved our basement from flooding during this winter. "We had an emergency on the fourth of July weekend where we had a water leak and our main water line shut off was not working. Anthony came right out and took care of it for us. He then returned a few day later to complete more repairs we needed. We plan to use him again in a few weeks to add a new gas line and garbage disposal."

"The has done a wonderful on helping restore this 1912 home and I continue to call them back to do more projects and plan to book them for other homes I own. The main drain line was rusted and cracked from the basement floor all the way up to the second floor bathroom, which they replaced. This requires tearing down an old plaster and putting in new drywall that turned out seamless. I decided to turn an old pantry into a laundry room. They ran the plumbing and electrical for the room, framed the old doorway and drywalled it. Many rooms had old switches and outlets that they replaced. Ceiling fans were old and replaced. The former for the attic was missing siding and the windows were falling apart. They resided, painted and installed new windows. They set a new toilet and installed a new vanity which required new water lines. Relocating the vanity also meant running a new switch and installing a new vanity light."
