"At first my experience with Dystempool was not good. I made an appointment for a Monday, waited at home all day and they never showed up. Tuesday morning I sent them an unhappy email. Nick answered it, apologizing that he was out of town and his technician had suffered an injury. He promised to get there that day. Nick arrived late in the day and worked all by himself into the night and did a very thorough job. He spent a lot of time clearing the line for my waterslide. I was especially impressed that he was able to install my Loop-loc cover all by himself. The next day I noticed he had replaced one of the cover anchors and didnâ t charge me for it; didnâ t even mention it. His fee was $100 less than my usual company charges and they couldnâ t get me in until November. I am more than satisfied with the work Nick did and I plan to hire him for my spring opening. Great, Two technicians showed up and began work. I was called in to view the original builders work. Really! My builder did not even have an electrical box to feed the lights just a wire. I was told some drywall would be removed to feed the wires for the 2 lights. OK.. Well they cut the wall ran the wires set the boxes and replaced the piece of drywall with the scraps. I now have 2 perfectly centered and level locations for my lights. They even left me some drywall scarps from the holes they cut to fill the hammer holes the original builder left.

A great job from a great crew. My wife loved the  sound of the Vac when they cleaned up whatever mess they made. I never saw the mess. Great! Great! Great!

I got a very professional reminder from backyard ponds in the mail today, and I really appreciate the reminder. Sometimes things like this slip your mind, but it's very nice that they remind you that winter is coming up, and you need to plan for the future. My fish are not expensive, because this is a newly renovated pond. But I'm very happy with the job that they did, and I will recommend them in the future. And I will be using them very soon"

Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."
