"Vinyl by Voiles. That is who you should hire for your interior renovation, exterior siding or window needs. We wanted a concrete slab that had served as our patio for 20 years removed and replaced with a twice the size deck, with railing on one side, and a new patio door leading into the kitchen. Within less than a month (they fit us in to some larger projects) the diagonal slated wooden deck, (which will get stained next year) with a railing and perfect egress in and out of the kitchen, was installed. The removal of the concrete was tricky because of steel rods through the original construction. They pressed on! They also drove miles to get to us, explained everything they were doing, and tidied along the way (and did a complete clean up at the end). The patio door is still to come, but I can’t help but think that the same attention to detail will be used with its installation. One hears that home improvement professionals can be unreliable, that construction companies can be incredibly disruptive, that renovation projects can take MONTHS, and that all of it can seem prohibitively expensive. Turned out that none of that was true, that there are small businesses in the world that are there for you every step of the way, that was Vinyl by Voiles. We are still pinching ourselves over our luck in choosing them over a much larger company, having our deck in record time; in time to enjoy THIS summer, and in becoming fast buddies in a world with little time and high expectations. Thanks especially to Fil and Health (who we kept referring to as Phil and Keith, “oh, everybody does that,” they said. Still, we apologized on their last day.) "My windows have mullions inside which are difficult to remove and replace and he did that with no problem.  He was very good at getting all the gunk and hard water spots off the exterior of the windows and I have to say they have never looked cleaner.  I usually do my windows twice a year myself, but I think I"ll be calling Don at least once a year for a really good cleaning.  He is also very courteous and professional and arrived on time. <br />"

"We have been extremely happy with all of the workmanship and the workers were all very professional. When John had another contractor come in, as in when the concrete was poured in the garage, they were all professional tradesman and not handymen. We had daily communication on the progress and John always talked to us in detail on how the job was progressing. All material was high grade and best quality. The job site was always cleaned up at the end of the work day. We did go above our discussed budget, but only because of some issues that needed to be brought up to code and that we decided not to go a cheaper route to fix the issue. We also made the decision to change or add on to the original plan, but we have been extremely happy with the job(s) that were done and would not change a thing we had done. We are extremely happy that our home is now maintenance free and we have and still do receive many compliments on the improvements done to our home. We would recommend Beyer Builders to anyone looking to do any remodeling to their home, inside or out!"

"I called S and A Maintenance when I noticed some boards in the soffit under the roof of our old garage appeared to be rotting. We were informed that we needed a new roof which was no surprise. S and A was booked up in the fall but came out in December, replaced the rotten wood and completed the roofing job with no trouble. The roof has held up well. They also reserved some of the good boards for possible later repair of our 1905 house since boards of that size are no longer produced. I have used S and A multiple times for both small and large jobs, because I trust Dave to figure out what needs to be done on an old house and he always comes out to inspect the work afterwards. <br />"
