"After speaking with the broker I was left thinking the vehicle would be delivered in FL in about 3 days or so which is how long it takes me to drive. It took a week during which I was unable to contact the company for updates during the weekend and had to extend my car rental. It was picked up in RI only one day beyond the target date. "Mr. Graf came to the house to install a new sump pump. He ended up not only installing the pump but replacing the inside pipes and then having to dig outside in mud to get rid of the tree roots and replace the outside drain. The job went from just installing a pump to digging out pre-existing drain pipes which no longer functioned correctly. He would not leave until it was perfect. Also the cost was extremely reasonable for all the unexpected work he had to do. He also came on short notice in order to make the repairs before a storm came. There was no "extra" charge for this emergency repair. Mr. Graf is a professional with a strong work ethic and takes tremendous pride in his work. He is also punctual and pleasant to deal with."

"Mark and his Synergy team did an amazing job in our home.  My wife and I decided to look for help finishing our basement and paint some rooms in our house that needed to be updated. The work consisted of spackling the basement which was already sheet rocked, priming/painting, and installing molding, as well as painting a stairwell and nursery.  We first reached out to Synergy for a quote on the job.  Mark showed up right on time and explained in detail everything they would be able to do for us and sent us a quote the same day.   Because of his professionalism and promptness during the quote process as well as the very reasonable quote, we decided to use them for the work.  The first day, his crew showed up right on time to paint the stairwell and nursery, they immediately covered the  carpets to protect them and then fixed any dings or nail pops in the walls before painting. Even after the first day, I was very pleased with <br /> the amount of effort to they put into just painting these two rooms. The result was perfect. The rest of the time Synergy was finishing the basement.  This was a lot of work, but they did a great job and even fixed a bunch of sheet rock mistakes I made (thanks guys).  Every day they came, they were on time, courteous, and they kept the workspace clean and organized.  They were very professional.  I couldn?t be more pleased with the work they performed.  I will definitely be using them next time I need any work done.  Thank you Mark and the Synergy team. <br />"
