"Performed free evaluation of our home's foundation as we have had some cracked tiles in bathroom and sheet rock cracking in another area.  Our house is a crawl space home. We wanted to make sure that there weren't any foundation issues that were the source of the problems before doing a repair on those areas.  The evaluator was fair and honest and said that there were not any issues with the foundation that needed repair. In fact he said our foundation was better than most.

"Jake was the fifth or sixth contractor who I had to evaluate my lawn for solving the drainage problem in my lawn. Most others talked a great game but failed to respond after they came to my home to perform the estimate. Jake was timely in conducting my estimate and he started in the timeframe we agreed to. We are a small excavating company that does a lot of concrete flat work, including removal and replacement of concrete driveways and patios, Drainage work, Concrete footings, Small grading projects, and Hauling dirt, gravel, and sand, etc.

"Last year I had a tankless gas water heater installed and the vent through the roof had developed a leak.  The $49 advertized price was said to include sealing of roof vents yet when the contractor came out he quoted an additional $100 price to reseal one vent.  I questioned him on what was included in the advertized price and he claimed this sealing was not.  I reluctantly agreed based on the fact that it would cost at least $100 to have another contractor come out and do the job. 

UPDATE: At the Contractor's request and to make sure I had said nothing wrong I re-reviewed the coupon.  It says
