After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. "We have had an ongoing problem with our ice maker in our Samsung refrigerator. Kris came out to fix it. There have been a lot of problems with this same issue on the Samsung ice maker. Kris stood by his work and came back out to try another fix for the problem. Samsung created an ice maker that leaked air into the area, causing condensation. Kris has tirelessly worked on the problem for us and today I believe we are finally up and running. If you want a repair company that will stand by their work, this is the company for you. I won’t call anyone else to do any of my appliance repairs. He is the best I’ve found and appreciate his honesty and reliability."

"The salesperson was clear (mostly) and the work was done on time and well -- finished in one day and cleaned up very well. My one caveat is that the salesperson clearly stated that the work would be done by a local contractor, which was, I guess, technically true, since it looks like a local contractor subcontracted to a group of men (Polish or Russian) who drove up from Chicago and did the work. I was led to believe it would be done by local workers so that was a bit off-putting"

I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
