"I've got some really old berber carpet and it's seen a lot fo wear, pets, some leaks, etc. Overall it went well. Hue came out and inspected the stain I had and explained that it needed more than just steaming because it had browned already. He treated the spot and cleaned it and everything looks great now. I had him out a second time to clean the carpets completely and he did a thorough job. I had a few spots that didn't dry well and he came back and re-cleaned those and left fans on it extra time to make sure it dried."

They arrived as expected at 8am and covered all possible surfaces and blocked all openings with plastic drop cloths. While the sanding is very noisy, there was no dust or residue when they were completed. They applied a sealer and one coat of polyurethane on the first day. They returned as promised at 8am on Saturday morning, buffed the floor, installed the shoe molding and applied the final two coats of polyurethane. They did a very professional job and I highly recommend them."

They removed the toilets to resurface the floor and placed new wax rings when they replaced the toilets. The only negative part of the resurfacing process was the smell of the chemicals they use. We had to open a lot of windows to vent the odor."
