"Water Heater Masters were top-notch! I called on a Saturday afternoon - they were available 9am Sunday morning to come and inspect and quote. They only had one guy working that day, but scheduled me for Monday morning between 8 and 9. At 8:15am I got a call with an ETA of 8:45, which was a really nice touch! Despite telling me it would take an entire day to install, they were done by 1pm. They also found some creative ways to do the install to avoid drilling through my stucco (for the exhaust vent and for the condensate run-off). Very professional and clean-looking install. These guys may not always be the cheapest around, and they recommended a top-of-the-line heater (which is what I really wanted anyway), but I'd much rather pay a little extra for that level of service and support. Thank you!"

"Carl of Cali Water Heater Solutions replace my 20yr old water heater the same day I requested the work through the Angi platform. He began and finished in approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. The installation was completed fast and efficient. I would recommend Carl of Cali to anyone needing their service and expertise in plumbing. Thanks again Carl."

"Excellent customer service. I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They understood my needs and the urgency of my project -I placed a call to get an estimate, 5 hours later I had a brand new water heater installed."

"Sal contacted me promptly and set up an appointment the same day. His estimate was nearly $1500 less than the estimate I got from Greiner Heating & Air. Showed up the following day on time, was very personable and well organized. I used to work in the building trade and I can attest that he did an absolutely professional job of replacing our water heater."

"Just that David came in and checked out the problem, noted that we needed a new part, ordered it and it was replaced in a few days And we are good to go. No need for new heater."

"Everything went ok as far as I could tell, but yesterday a plumber told me the gas line was not large enough and that is why the water heater is not working properly."

"I got my entire AC & Heating system replaced. Everyone was very professional, and it was done quickly. They came on time & so far I’m quite happy."

"Oak called 2nd but came next day/ UN-prepared to do either repair or water test (requested on phone) or even replace with ready new ADA toilet that the lying receptionist booker said they have “some in stock and if not he will show a catalog of choices”. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

"They fixed a major water leak and installed a new water heater all in one day. They were prompt and did a neat install. I can recommend them."

"Leo Tony and his crew were very responsive and replaced an old galvanized waterline with copper quickly and efficiently . Very knowledgeable about new insurance regs and installed new leak detector valve also. Also installed efficient garden sprinkler Definitely recommend"
