Cleaned up after themselves, including power washing the dirt off my driveway and sidewalk. Their prices were more than fair, and they responded quickly to my questions. "I'm thrilled. The sales-rep/designer had really good design software to create a design so that I could see it while he was still on-site. It took us about two hours to come up with a design that worked, agree on scope of work (I also asked for plaster-repair and painting), select colors and materials, and finalize the work. The painter did his work in a few hours, with the installers arriving the next day after the paint dried. They too were done in a matter of 2-3 hours. All workmen were courteous and left the space very clean. It looks great and with materials that will likely stand the test of time without warping or separating (no cheap pressed composites). Everything now has its place, ending the clutter battle in my dressing room. I'd consider using them again if we need other spaces reconfigured."

"The work was completed last week. Fortunately the work was completed before the weather became too cold. The workmanship was excellent. There was great attention to detail. The only negative was the pace of the work. It started a bit slow. However, I understand that this kind of work is subject to changes in the weather and so I did not complain because I understood what the builder is up against. You have to trust that your work will get done as quickly as they are able to finish up other projects in order to devote full time to your project. The outcome is worth your patience. The whole family is very happy with the outcome. Note: We did not spend any extra money to have the "Stampcrete" features. We decided that just a "broom" finish was satisfactory for our needs."

Neither Matt nor Ms. Edwards hesitated for one second in the fact that the rest of their teams were tied up, and came out immediately per what my employment schedule allowed for. As stated previously, I highly recommend not to overlook this company when it comes to work that they verbally state they will handle, and on time; they back up the talk with the most professional personnel and satisfying results. None of them have ever mentioned nor even tried to add any additional hidden, mysterious, or additional charges, and were more than willing to see things are done right the first time."

"We received several estimates and Mark's was by far the best.  He was easy to get a hold of and communicated the whole way through the process.  He came on a Saturday and finished the job in a day.  He even gave us options for mortar color which ended up matching the existing mortar perfectly.  We are happy with the results as the chimney looks better and more importantly is structurally sound, we're now less worried about leaks and further deterioration.  We will definitely consider Mark for future masonry work around our house.
