"Everything was excellent. The team identified the hole in our pool liner. On the day of replacing the liner, identified a potentially severe issue with the structure of the pool. Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. Once the new pool arrived, they constructed the pool and constructed new outline landscaping around the pool. "Several years back, I called for help and we talked through my problem. We concluded that no water was leaving my house and it was backing up out of a pipe in the basement. In talking through our architecture and location, he determined this was most likely something that could be solved by Baltimore City services (for free). That turned out to be the case. The City workers came out fairly quickly, identified and cleared the clog outside my home, and I paid nothing (outside of my tax returns, of course ... "my tax dollars at work"). Knock You Out could have tried to make some money off of me by saying they needed to come out and look at it, then referring me to the City, and then charging me for their time/truck-roll (while prolonging the entire thing for me). Knock You Out is not cold and unscrupulous. By spending time with me on the phone, but doing no work here and making nothing from it, they proved themselves to be honest and decent people. And that may be the main thing we shop for in home services."
