"The representative from Modern Plumbing took pictures, explained possible sources and how to figure out the source from use. Once the source was found, described the repair and had it done in 20 minutes with a minimum of fuss. Very impressed with the detailed explanation throughout this issue. FYI, this was done via my Home Warranty, so the cost is not indicative of the actual charges."

"Two years ago, the Water Specialist came to fix an outside faucet that was broken due to freezing temperatures. That same faucet began leaking recently and they were more than happy to come back and fix the leak. I'd like to add, the first repair (2 years ago) was done during very cold weather while it was sleeting. This time, it was quite cold out and raining. Neither time did the technicians complain about the weather. They were only happy to help and do their job. I will continue to use their services and will recommend them to family and friends or to anyone who made need them."

"Awesome! He was immediately responsive. Came the same day and my repairs were made within a couple of hours. He checked in the next day to make sure that things were still working well and that I was satisfied with the repairs. There was a little bit of an issue still and he came back, again that same day, and fixed. Definitely would recommend!"

"I liked them very much. I called them they came out within two or three hours and get the job done. The plumbers that came out were very professional, efficient, and friendly. They answered the call on New Year's eve morning and he actually out same day. I would definitely use them again."

"from start to finish every thing went well. Every one involved was professional, pleasant and easy to have in home. This work was done several years ago and kitchen counters and splash and sink still look great."

"Mr. Campbell was super fast in responding to my inquiry! He was involved in a job, but was able to get to my job within 1 1/2 hours. Absolutely no problems with his performance or any other aspects of his service. I will definitely keep him in mind as my top choice for NEXT time! He was in and out in 10 minutes."

"I  called Scott at The Water Heater Experts on a Saturday when our water heater suddenly stopped working.  I left a message, and he returned the call very promptly.  He explained that they were fully booked through Tuesday, but that their policy is to return all calls and attempt to provide direction.  He spent 15+ minutes on the phone with me and my husband going over details about our water heater and troubleshooting.  He advised that we try to unplug and restart the unit.  It worked!!!  There is no doubt who we will call when we need to service or replace our water heater in the future.  What a pleasure!!!  A+++++++

"They did a great job. In about 10 minutes, they had the old faucet taken out and the new one put in. They cleaned it all up when they were done. Even the price they charged was the most reasonable I have heard of. He had a really pleasant personality and it was a wonderful experience all around. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again."

"Initial paint job looked great, but they missed a couple of spots. Getting them to come back was a hassle, but after several emails, they eventually did. The patch work was worthless -- paint slapped on unprepared wood that peeled off within a couple of weeks. Now a little less than two years later and several more spots have bubbled/peeled and I tried to use the 2 year warranty I was given. 5 calls & weeks of waiting later, someone finally shows up without scheduling the day with me during a workday -- while I was out, without calling or texting. I only know they came by because they left a business card. Now they don't answer or return my calls. Such a disappointment after hiring a company primarily because I trusted the owner at his word."
