Called these people, told our situation, called the landlord, had them set up an appointment - and in minutes a date was set (was doable within the week - unlike most jobs we've come across). They came first thing in the morning on the given date (VERY punctual), dug up the spot of the problems within just a few minutes... and they couldn't fix it, since the problem was caused by an AT&T fiberwire literally cutting THROUGH our sewer pipe! They left to get some supplies and CAME RIGHT BACK (too many maintenance folks say they'll get supplies at the store and don't come back UNTIL NEXT WEEK) to place up caution tape and clean up their mess. It's too bad that they couldn't fix our pipe (since it's AT&T's wire they'd have to go through now), but their service was exceptional. Definitely recommend! "Mr. Lusk was well known and liked around here for his quality of work and reasonable prices. The city had everyone with sprinkler systems install these traps on the pipes that was near the meter by the street, so the water in the pipes wouldn t run back into the water system. I had Lusk's do mine. He didn t try to charge a lot because he knew I was required to have the work done. He did a wonderful job for me. Considering the digging and work involved in this, I couldn t have asked for a better price."
