"We needed to replace 6 broken wooden fences and fix one of the wooden doorways, which would not close correctly; it was crooked.  Jeff, the owner, came by the next day after I called and inspected the house.  While there, he also offered to nail several fences that came off the wooden posts at no cost.  He was very friendly, respectful, and honest.  I highly recommend him with no reservations."
