Luckily this "other" plumber did not charge us. Once we purchased a new faucet, I got this big deal to have it installed. The faucet was likely original to our 24 year old home. The plumbers could not free the nuts from the faucet & I recommended they just cut it out. The only small issue we had was that they came to our house much later than promised. In their defense they were repairing a major leak in someone's basement & they wanted to clean up before arriving."

This time we had wallpaper removal and interior painting done, all excellent. Jim did a kitchen gas stove and fridge repair for us. He repaired and replaced two lights and a room fan for us. Laundry room and second bathroom flooring was replaced and updated. Replaced a gutter downspout. Built two patio access stairs which was a big improvement. Did an outstanding job getting our house ready to show for sale. Well above & beyond all our expectations. Jim & his crew are timely, very reliable, thorough and completely professional."

Matt diagnosed it correctly and fixed the issue for us. I was so impressed with Matt that I hired him to do repair and replace our back porch/three-season room. Matt completely tore off and replaced the roof, tore off and replaced the railing (which was rotted through), replaced the storm door that was broken, replaced a post that was rotted, repaired the cement, and repaired the gutter. It was a lot of work, and Matt is one guy, so it took a bit longer than if he had a team of guys, but he did a great job. Very happy with his work."

He has great attention to detail and makes sure that the finish work is perfect. Replaced garbage disposal and electric outlets and ceiling fans, and floor transitions. He was able to do everything on my list at very reasonable prices."
