"Before choosing window king we had several companies come to our home. Pella, power and another smaller company. Then we had Sam from window king come by. Sam was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was patient with answering questions. We were impressed by the fact that he never pressured us to make a commitment. Afterwards I read many reviews and even looked up the okna company but we still weren't sold.. So I spoke with Sam again and he offered a better deal on the windows so we moved forward... Lisa called me to make arrangements.. when the mechanic came to take the measurements I was out and my daughter didnt give the proper instructions so they were wrong.. Again i spoke with Lisa and she had him come by and remeasure I was extremely grateful. After a couple of weeks I was wondering about the windows so I called and to my surprise Sam whom I was so impressed with was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me.. I was so angry I wanted to cancel my order but Lisa spoke with me and was very apologetic. The next day Nick (the owner) called he was apologetic as well. He expressed how important customers are to him snd did everything in his power to correct the situation. During the next couple of days I got several calls from Lisa letting me know when the windows would come and who would install them. The day of install Rafeal, Anthony, and Shorty as they called him came on time, and ready to work. They did an awesome job Anthony worked especially hard.. The windows look amazing... They worked straight through and man it was hot that day.. they also cleaned up after themselves. Honestly had it not been for Lisa I would have gone elsewhere. She saved the day or sale.. Her customer service is amazing and to me seemed genuine.. I also wanted to mention that Nick came over while the windows were being installed and spoke with me again. If your looking fo windows that look great, and are installed professionally and efficient this is the place to go.. Just avoid Sam.. LISA, NICK, AND THE GUYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE ME HAPPY. Tom from Tomco did a wonderful job- the house looks like new and it's such a pleasure to be able to open a window without straining. He was on time, reliable, and very professional. He cleaned up beautifully. I would definitely recommend him to others. We did not shop around for price but the price seemed pretty standard when we did an internet search."

"I must say that I read the reviews and was impressed by them. That was my sole reason for choosing Eastern Glass Block. I spoke with Ron (the owner) who immediately set up a time for someone to come do measurements which was February 25th at 12. That morning Ron called and asked if it could possibly be pushed back til 1:30. That was fine with me. The gentleman was slightly late but it was due to traffic which I completely understand. He told me Ron had fussed at him but he had tried his best to get there on time. He was very nice and had me laughing. I spoke back to Ron after the measurements who gave me the price and stated his guys would be there March 1st. I was very happy with the date because I desperately needed the windows and thought it may take longer. On that morning Ron called to let me know what time the installers (Pedro and Carlos) would be there. They were definitely on time and were very friendly. Once the work was completed, I was asked to make sure it was done the way I wanted it. I was and am very happy and pleased with the look and overall professionalism from Ron and his workers. "After reading great reviews about Paul and AGM as well as the OKNA windows, I decided to give Paul a call. We needed all 25 vinyl double hung windows replaced and our patio sliding door replaced as well. I contacted Paul and he responded right away and set up a time to meet with me. He showed up, showed me the window sample (OKNA 600), explained the process and gave me a quote that Sunday (we met on a Friday). We already had vinyl windows that were "builders grade" and were already failing at less than 10 years, so I was a bit skeptical about doing vinyl again. I considered Renewal by Andersen, but the price was outrageous and the pressure you receive by the salesperson is absurd. They want you to sing up for a $40k job after having 10 minutes to think it over..no thanks. I did a ton of research on not only OKNA, but so many different window manufacturers. I looked at wood w/ vinyl clad, composites, fiberglass, other vinyls. Spent a solid couple of weeks scouring the internet and looking at info. Every time, the OKNA product seemed to stand out far and above any others. Once we signed the contract,it all went great. Paul and his installer came by to make sure they had precise measurements and agreed on the install method. They told me exactly what to expect from the finished product and they were certainly accurate once completed. From signing to window install was roughly 3 weeks, which is what Paul told me to expect. Paul was great about communicating via email or text if I ever had a question. The install took a full 2 days. They guys did a great job. Everything was very neat. While it was the 3rd week of Feb, we got lucky w/ temps in the high 60s, which made it tolerable b/c all of the windows on first floor were basically removed at the same time. If it were really cold out, that would have been uncomfortable, though I suspect they would have done it a bit differently to compensate. We are so happy w/ the windows and the sliding patio door. Such a big difference. No more drafty feeling by the windows. No more ice cold floor from the cold air "falling" down as it entered the terrible old windows. Also, it is noticeably quieter as behind our house is a somewhat busy road at times. Also, the operation of the windows is so smooth. My only regret is that we did not do this years ago;) I would highly, highly recommend Paul and AGM windows if you need some or all of your windows and/or doors replaced. You will not be disappointed."

"I ordered 4 double hung windows to replace 2 bay windows in my house. The windows were made as ordered and fit perfectly. A price was agreed upon when the order was placed and I put down half as the deposit. Four weeks later when I picked up the windows, I was told there was a slight difference in the price.... to my surprise, the price was actually lowered. It turned out a lower tax rate was approved since the order was placed, I would never of known about it if they hadn't lowered my bill.
