For example, the workers even returned after the job to clean up an inconsiderate bird that treated my newly painted white house like a personal toilet. "Dynamic Contracting & Development did an outstanding job on finishing our basement. This was our first time doing a project at this scale and admittedly did not know what to expect. Valmir (project manager) was easy to communicate with and was extremely knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. He worked directly with the city on our behalf to gain the permits and to make sure we were in code. The initial proposal from Valmir was detailed and transparent but if you've never done something like this before, be sure to ask questions to gain as much clarity as possible. The only small critique that I have is we were originally told the project was going to take approximately 8-10 weeks but it ended up being more like 12 weeks. That's not to knock the company but only to say that reno isn't an exact science so patience is required when undergoing something like this. There were multiple reasons why the project lasted longer than anticipated. At the end of the day, we couldn't be more pleased with the results. We look forward to working with them again for more projects in our home."
