"I hired them for a furnace maintenance check for a great price. They changed my filter and disconnected my electric one informing me it was no longer in use. Added glue to pvc drain pipe that was loose, cleaned the flame sensor, measured voltage of circuits. Recently, as the weather got colder and the furnace started running I noticed a puddle coming from underneath it. I spent quite some time trying to diagnose it myself but couldn't figure it out. I explained to the company that I started having issues with the furnace after my last check. They sent Frank out to look at the issue. He was able to identify the issue pretty quickly and it was pretty simple. It was due to a loose drain pipe inside the unit. He simply reattached it. I was not charged as it was possible the pipe got loose (it was not well sealed) during the maintenance check. I was extremely grateful with the way Frank and Arctic Air Conditioning conducted business. I am wary of vendors who try to exploit you but I do not feel that way at all towards Arctic Air. I feel I can trust them with my business again in the future."

"Andrew was very easy to work with. Good evaluation of water leaks and efficient solution to correct. He also fixed leaks to two faucets in about an hour. Nice work and very professional service."

"I had a request of changing a rigid water line to the toilet to a flexible water line and Domingo came on time (almost early, even!), assessed what needed to be done, came back with his tools, and was done in not even 15 minutes! No leaks, kind, and professional, would 100% have in my home again for another repair."

"Drain Tech, Kenny Brown, was exceptional. He was promptâ ¦he wore shoe covers (which I appreciate as it was wet outside)â ¦he cleaned my drain in less than 20min and just looked like he enjoyed what he was doing. The pricing was competitive. I would absolutely choose AJ Perri again"

"Michael showed up ready to take on our clogged drain like a WWW pro wrestler. He managed to identify and correct our issue within minutes and get us back on track. Good guy all around and will call him immediately next time around"
