The techs were friendly, very cognizant of my concerns and extremely careful to ensure my safety and the safety of my belongings. From the very first interaction I had with the company, I was impressed. They were very flexible in their scheduling, knowledgeable about not only the electrical work but also with the area, meaning they knew where available resources were if they needed them during the work day. During the initial inspection of my home, I was shown exactly what was being looked at and what potential issues were. I was made aware of what to expect when the technicians were to arrive. In all cases, the technicians arrived exactly 10 minutes prior to the time they were scheduled. The first day, they stayed in their vehicle until the time they were scheduled. I was so impressed by this! They knew exactly what time they would arrive and didn't intrude on my time. They explained every move they made. During the overall inspection. They took off every wall outlet and switch, tested each and every one, squeezed into the attic crawlspace and the basement to look at every line and box, and called me in to show me any abnormalities they found and if they should replace or fix it. They also made the time to put in new fixtures that I had requested. Their work was spot on to the estimate that I was initially given for the work. In my opinion, though, they worked a lot harder than the estimate intimated. I can't say enough about their professionalism and work ethic. I would absolutely have them back for any additional electrical work I might need. I highly recommend them!"

"Wicked Plumbing was very responsive in comparison to other plumbers I had called during a weekend emergency. Water was at the inch or so level in a three inch drip pan (with no overflow drain) for a leaking electric water heater. Nick was great to deal with and had the job completed in a short time period. Replace your water heater before this happens. It was a ten year old water heater (second floor condo). It could have been a disaster if someone wasn't around. Highly recommend!!"
