"Tiver called the day before to remind me of the time they would arrive. They arrived promptly and began work immediately. They definitely knew what to do. They wore shoe covers in the house and took out all the screens for washing outside. One person worked inside. Two others were outside. All window coverings were realigned when they were done. Screens were all replaced as they were. They cleaned all the window sills. So happy to have clean sparkling windows and patio door. There were approximately 25 double hung windows and screens plus one sliding glass patio door. Money well spent. Will be using them again in the spring for power washing the house and gutter cleaning."

He is courteous, fast, and he does exactly what he says he is going to do. He left the work area in the same condition and took his time before during and after the work to explain everything he did. I really liked that . He also works very efficiently. I got 6 windows totally replaced with screens and he took about 6 hours to get it all done. His prices were very reasonable. I was looking at Pella and Anderson and he blew them away. I actually have some Anderson windows and it looks to me like Dan's work is a bit better.
