"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"I highly recommend Steve. He did a major repair but because the machine was still too far gone and ending up needing replacing he did not charge me one cent. He was professional, friendly, competent, on time and easy to work with. I will be using him for all my appliance repairs in the future."

"On time, professional, and reasonably priced service. What more can you ask for. I would highly recommend."

Through our qualified technicians, we can offer diagnostics and repairs on all common household and commercial appliances. Our technicians have many years of experience in working with various brands no matter the age of the appliance. We work on refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, microwaves, clothing washers and dryers. Our prices vary due to the cost of any parts required to repair the appliance as well as a service charge and labor. However, we do our best to make our prices competitive and affordable for all of our customers.

"I have a very mixed review for John and Trinity Appliance. He was quick to reach out and diagnose our issue after placing it on Angi. Getting from diagnosis on our GE Dishwasher to repair was another story. Three weeks, communication only if I initiated, disordered parts, multiple reschedules and delays left my wife and I wondering if we were getting scammed. In the end, John came through. Our dishwasher works. I am grateful. If it was fixed 4-5 days after the initial diagnosis as initially communicated, instead of three weeks later, I would have a glowing review. Communication was the main issue."

"The technician was punctual and knowledgeable. Alamo appliance repair services is an excellent service for appliances. He did not leave until he had resolved the issue which did not take long."

"I highly recommend Travis and Horizon Appliance Repair. Such a nice guy and great business owner. He was on time, answered all my questions, gave me options for repair at different price points, and did fast, quality work. So great to find a small business that treats its customers like family. Would hire again 100%!"

"The service was great. He was personable and a good guy. He was awesome. The service was above and beyond. I would give him 5 stars. He is now my go-to guy."

"service provider sent by American Home Shield was excellent. The only issue I have with home warranty services is that they do not send their repair companies out on the week-end, even in an emergency. The customer service personnel is less than enthusiastic or helpful."
