They sent someone to inspect it, who never mentioned that I would have to find someone else to "restore" the ceiling after they left. They charged me almost $4,000 to tear it apart and walked away. They should change their name to “Cleaning and Demolition.”"

For starters, It took them almost 5 months to get me an accurate estimate. They needed to have people come to my home 5x to assess the damage because the right hand does not talk to the left with this company. I was given excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't give me an estimate. Eventually after many months of excuses (family emergency, weather conditions, the flu went around the office etc etc...), they finally provided me with an accurate estimate whereupon I signed an electronic contract for the work to be completed. Two days later I emailed them to say I needed to postpone the work for a few days because I was having unexpected house guests that coming during the holidays. I was told that would be no problem. When I tried to reschedule, I was ignored for a week. I continued to inquire about rescheduling my job and I was told to take me business elsewhere! So I have now invested 6 months of time having person after person come through my home to look at the damage and they will not do the work, even after I signed a contract. There customer service is terrible and they do not value your business. Save yourself precious time and go with any other company. I wish I had"
