"They installed the tile on the floor and supposed to come back to wipe the haze off and then seal. When we called to see when he will come back, he said on Monday at 10:30am. I waited home all day and he never showed or called. When I called him he said he forgot he was off Monday, he meant Tuesday. However, he never showed up on Tuesday, came on Friday. After wiping down we said the grout looks messy and the color is off, there were some skinny lines and some thick and not straight, he said you can wipe it with a wet towel and it will come off. We said can you come here and do it...why should we have to scrub the floor since we paid to get it done. We felt there was alot of bullcrap words....the job was not left nice, clean, professional the way we thought it would be. It took 1-1/2 months for him to offer a regrout and never apologized for the crappy job they did to begin with. We have used him about 5 years ago and he did do a great job, but I dont know what happened to his professionalism and honesty and detail to his work. Losing trust in him, my husband and I thought we would take the challenge to do the grout ourselves and glad we did. <br /> <br />Its ashame he didnt do a great job since we had so many other jobs for him to do. "Ryan fixed the leak in our roof and coated it as well. When it was still leaking (it's an old, old roof and house), he came back and went back up. He found what was most likely the problem and fixed that. He told us if there was any further problem to call him again. I knew it wasn't a matter of him doing the work, collecting the money, and disappearing as it is with so many contractors. He wasn't going anywhere until we were totally happy. <br />"

We are a registered PA Home Improvement Contractor (PAOAGHIC:003749). \nWe are a general construction company with expertise in the following areas: framing (wood); roofing – asphalt shingles, Carlisle rubber, pre-formed standing seam metal; concrete – footers, flat work; plumbing; electrical; small block and drywall jobs; custom cabinets – in-house cabinet shop complete with finish room and spray booth; garage doors – Clopay sectional doors/roll-up doors, commercial and residential operators; CAD operator for design work – we use the Chief Architect program for plans/drawings; and home stand-by generators. We use subcontractors for excavation, HVAC, masonry, painting, roofing, and well-drilling. Most flooring and plaster/veneer/drywall jobs are also subcontracted.
