"I contacted All Suburban Services to test my home for the possibility of mold, due to one of my children has high allergies. My doctor had recommended this because my child as some specific breathing issues that mold could have a factor in. So i contacted Mr. Bob DeBoer on Sunday morning asking if he could come out and test my home. I asked if he could come out today if possible because it is too hard for me to take off work on a weekday. Mr. DeBoer had no problems showing up within a great time frame, and at no additional charge on a Sunday. Bob was very professional in his appearance and the way he treated myself and my child. He made us feel important, not just another client or number. He respected my home like it was his own, and left the property clean. He walked us through the entire inspection and explained to us everything he was doing. He did multiple air quality test and surface tape lifts. He did a complete visual inspection at no charge, and had the lab results back to us within 24 hours. He went over the results with us, and explained what the next step would be for us. He wrote a protocol out on how the remediation would take place, and recommended a couple of companies that does an outstanding job. I felt we were taking care of above and beyond what was expected. Mr. DeBoer even did a follow up call to ensure everything was set up with remediation company and asked if we had any other questions about the protocol. I can not begin to explain how satisfied I am with the service because when a child's health is involved it becomes very emotional and you tend to lose focus of the over all picture. He made my family feel comfortable about the whole situation without scaring us or breaking my pocket book.
