"We actually had called Emanuel Brothers first since their name was on the water heater. But, after the amount of time and money they quoted us I decided to check Angie's. We had John come out and take a look and he told us he could do the same work for almost $800.00 less! I can't say I didn't have some trepidation. First, just how is it possible to do so much less work than we were told would be necessary (we had 2 water heaters. Neither of which worked after nearly 20 years, that had to be removed first to make room). And, for so much less. Emanuel Brothers were so perplexed by our situation that they had to call the boss to come out and explain everything to us. But, John had this "no problem" kinda attitude. Both refreshing and disconcerting. But, in just a couple of hours he had not only delivered a new water heater, he had the other 2 removed and the new one installed. And its been working flawlessly.

"Water heater is 7 years old (nearing end of life).  Pilot light went out on Wednesday evening and we couldn't get it lit.  We called them and they would have come out late that night, but we said no, come out on Thursday.  They called Thursday morning at 9am and said they would be leaving their garage in 10 minutes, so they made it to our place by 9:30am.  Two guys came and put on booties before entering.  (I wish Comcast repairmen would do that!)  They got the pilot lit immediately, but after finding out how old the heater was plus our problems the previous night lighting it, they said the pilot might go out again very soon.  We also had that feeling.  So they wrote up 4 possibilities with their prices for us (as we had discussed going to a tankless system).  One of the options was replacing the thermocoupler for $427.  One was installing a new pilot assembly for $499.  One was installing a tankless water heater for $6000, and the last one was to install a 40 gal. water heater for $1,620.  We chose the pilot assembly, and after using the 10% off coupon that J. Blanton has on their Angie's site, the cost to us was $448.96.  We don't know if this is a good price or not, which is the reason we didn't grade the price.  The work was performed quickly and professionally.

"I had Azrikam Heating (Azrikam The Price Is Right Heating) out today replace a part on my hot water tank and to take a look at my HVAC. 1) I am a new customer and even with other calls Bernard still came out to service my home 2) there is no bs. Any other person would tell you replace a unit when a part goes bad and the unit is 10 yrs old but no. Bernard looked at my system (paired water tanks), took pics for future reference, replaced the part and let me know that there is plenty of life left with both units. 3) Bernard is just a down to earth good person looking to give good services and guidance in his area of expertise. "Sam and his team at F3 plumbing were excellent. I recently purchased my home and have had several contractors come out and take a look at plumbing issues, F3 was by far the most straight forward and gave me a great quote. They preformed the work professionally and efficiently. Within a day they were able to come out and look at my plumbing and equipment. I ended up having them fix a leak in my water main line, rod the sewer, replace and upgrade my 50 gallon water heater with a 75 gallon water heater, demo and reinstall a full bathroom with bath tub, tile, and floor replacement (looks brand new beautiful and modern), and install a brand new dishwasher with a new connecting water line. Everything looks great and was professionally installed and they hauled away all of the trash. Great company and highly recommend!"
