"The washer and dryer were delivered as agreed upon but the stack kit was not the correct one so it had to be stacked with a piece of cardboard. That was not a problem because they said the correct one was in another location and would be delivered within a short period of time. I waited for a call but none came so I called to determine the status. I also told them that I had not received one of the manuals. The response was that I could find it on line if I needed it. they also knew nothing about the stack kit and said they would look into it. Again I waited but no follow up. I called again and again no one knew anything about it(I had already paid for everything). I asked for the manager who found out that the stack kit had been sold to another person so it would have to be ordered. I waited again and called back a couple of weeks later. It had come in but they hadn't called. We set up a time for delivery and the saga ended. I never did receive a copy of the missing manual. My family had used this company for years and the service is not what it used to be. That makes me sad because I do think it is important to buy local.
