The “before”and “after” test results were right in line with my own test measurements, which I took with a portable radon detector. The radon level dropped to a safe level after the system was installed, and that level has been maintained since it was installed in July of 2020, about 10 months ago. When something he suggested needed more work, he figured out a way to tackle the problem from a different direction. Difficult job since the basement housed the well and radon was seeping up from underneath the floor, and there were 2 sump pumps and a french trench on the outside edges. Basically water everywhere which carried the radon in the air. Excellent job, efficient."
