"The original job was performed to my satisfaction, and I rushed to Judgement to give a favorable review! After that I had an issue a few weeks later and just kept ignoring my calls and texts. I tried 10 days ago to reach out about a Non-Emergency pin hole leak and Craig asked when I am available and I gave him a 7 day schedule because I had 2 doctors appointments last week but I am a retired senior so my schedule is 90% free and STILL NO ANSWER! I then reached out to his associate Alex who ALSO IGNORED MY TEXTS! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CLOWN ORGANIZATION AND CRAIG IS A TOTAL FLAKE WHO ALL OVER THE PLACE AND 1,000% UNRELIABLE!!!!!!!!!!!! "

"I am not a review writer at all, however, I felt it only fair to write a review for Eric and Just Rite HVAC after a wonderful experience. This company and Eric the owner are, in a word, the BEST! I needed main floorâ s central AC replaced. A friend recommended me to Eric. I texted him and he responded with a few hours. setting up an appointment was fast and easy. Eric was knowledgeable and timely. My job was extremely difficult based on the location of my air handler and there was a high chance the ceiling would need to be opened for access. When Eric arrived for the job he inspected further and said he was going to try not to have to open the ceiling for access. He and his crew went well beyond what anybody else would have done and meticulously dismantled the old air handler piece by piece. It was time consuming, difficult and energy consuming. But they were able to do and saved me from having a gaping hole in my ceiling. They did an excellent job setting up the new air handler in the same location and even fixed errors the previous installer had made! The entire crew were highly professional, courteous and clean. They put down drop cloths everywhere and cleaned up everything when they were done. I highly, highly, and without reservation, recommend Eric and Just Rite HVAC and will tell anybody I know about them."
