"Had an electrical issue with a GFI outlet that would frequently be tripped. He checked all the outlets and then replaced the GFI. It tripped before he even left the driveway. Not his fault, however, since the issue was intermittant. I ended up troubleshooting it myself and discovered it was the outdoor light fixture that was causing the issue. I replaced the outdoor light fixture and that fixed the problem. Again, not his fault - I didn't know the outside light was on that GFI until after he left. The reason I wouldn't have him again is that I found him somewhat argumentative and he showed up an hour earlier than agreed upon and did not call before coming.

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
