So salesman Andrew said guys will break up the concrete floor, lay tile, and concrete one wall at a time do it may take 3 days to complete job. I liked their drain tile the best out of the companies that came by and his answer to preserving my brick foundation. So I hired them I was a little shocked at the 40% down to get scheduled and started seeing how many bad contractors are out there ripping people off. But I paid the 40% and as advertised guys showed up 3.5 weeks later to do the job. Guys finished in one day which was surprising to me because salesman Andrew said 3 days to make sure brick foundation was cared for but that didn't happen. Guys cleaned up after themselves, when done collected payment and explained warranty info. Quality of work was good details could have been better or more crisp like the application of cleanspace to wall wallintegrityand lip board that will catch any water running down wall.I would hire again as long as my brick foundation maintains its integrity. And so far no water in basement. <br />"

"It was a rainy Monday, but the company arrived at our home at 8am and waited out the weather.  They walked around the house with my husband and me to note any landscaping that was particularly fragile. (roses, hostas, mums and lilies).  The supplies had already been delivered so the crew got to work.   I didn't know what to expect with noise and mess and although there was plenty of both, the crew was very professional and efficient in their  efforts.    It took about 10 hours from start to finish and with only one rotten board to be replaced.   This was the first roof replacement I have experienced and this company did it right!  The owner was on sight numerous times to ensure everything was going well.  He answered my countless questions and explained what would happen from beginning to end.   I was quite concerned that the crew would never be able to pick up the zillions of roofing pieces, nails, shingles, etc.  However, there was not a scrap of material or nail in sight after they were finished.  They even cleaned out the gutters and the garage!  I would highly recommend Seamless Restoration for a new roof or repair.  They are professional, courteous, efficient and neat.  Extra stars to the employees for stopping to meet our dog who had to inspect everything, snoop in their lunchboxes and insist on being petted. <br />"

".The first conversation with John, the project manager, he told me the three things I needed to do as the homeowner. He asked my insurance company and gave me the 800 number to State Farm to file a claim. I got the name of the adjuster I would be working with.When I got the appointment to have adjuster come to my home, John met us at my home to be there to help me with the process. The very experienced adjuster was very impressed with John, the company and wrote me a check that night to get the work going. John kept me informed of everything. The delivery of supplies etc. It rained for 2 weeks after the supplies were delivered so the roof had to wait, but John called to let me know what to expect.One Saturday early in the morning a few days after the supplies were dropped off John came by because he had gone over the supplies sent and found that they (the supply company) had sent the wrong skylights. He brought over the correct ones and took back the incorrect ones. He also brought some tarp to cover some of the supplies. When the sun came out 10 days later he called to let me know the workers were going to be there on Monday. They were here and completed the job by Tuesday afternoon. John had told me it would take 2 days so when I came home after work on the first day I wasn't upset that they were not done. Two of my neighbors came to my houst to let me know how clean, professional and hardworking the people were. They landscape was protected during the roofing. The entire yard was cleaned up and a magnet roller was used to make sure every nail was picked up. John also came to my home during the project and after to make sure I was satisfied! <br /> John helped me pick out the roof color and the gutters. It may not seem like a big deal but it is when you are trying to blend new with what is already there. I guess I could go on and on but I hope I have pointed out the quality of the company Universal Builders of America. <br />"
