"On the front end, Nathan was efficient, offered terrific prices, and communicated well. Unfortunately, the adhesive that he used was sub-par (or perhaps he didn't use enough). The vinyl flooring on the stairs started coming off within a few weeks. We also noticed that some of the flooring was not laid tight, so there were significant gaps between planks. I would advise future customers to THOROUGHLY assess the job before remitting payment."

Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. "The whole experience was very good. Being a widow, I appreciate the thoroughness which both Shane and JD used during this repair. They explained what they were doing and even showed pictures they had taken of the area and the lint they discovered. They replaced the belt, vacuumed out the lint within the area and checked my dryer hose, which I had recently replaced, for lint. They checked and cleaned the outside dryer exhaust area. They were both just great to deal with. I would definitely recommend them for their great service! Shane was not here the whole time, but left after the drum was removed and it was confirmed that it was the belt that needed replacing. I thought that was a great way to handle this so only one tech was here doing the majority of the job. Shane came back later to help reinserting the drum. They worked well as a team."
