"I'm happy with the work that was done and the quality of the new screen doors.  The guys who came out seemed to know what they were doing and were efficient, and cleaned up after themselves.
My only difficulty was with the scheduling.  I was told it would take no more than 5 business days to get the screens in after they first measured and ordered them.  A week later I called and was told it was usually more than a week.  Then somehow our order was marked complete, and they never came out until 2 more weeks later when I called again.  Not sure what happened there but once they did come out I was happy.

The representative arrived promptly, actually a little before I got home.  However, they parked in the middle of my driveway and I had to park down the street.  The representative was very difficult to understand and communicate with.  I had hoped they would assist with a toilet handle that had gotten stuck in the past and caused overflow and flooding.  He was able to stop leaking in two of our toilets.  When asked about the sticking handle, I was told it worked fine.  (It doesn't and has stuck multiple times since).

I took the time to make sure the bathrooms were clean before the representative arrived.  When asked to check the work, I found both bathrooms to have black smudges on the toilet, floors and countertops.  Additionally, I found similar substances on my front door.  Before repairs were made, I was advised of the cost.  At the time when I signing off on the finished work, I was informed of an additional $19.99 fuel surcharge.  This should have been disclosed up front either in the advertisement for services or when agreeing to the cost of repairs.  Overall, not worth it - most likely could have went to a local home repair store and did the work myself.
