"Came out the day we called and we are able to install 3 rooms of carpet the very next day! They had to order the materials for the bathroom floor but were able to install them the next week."

"Custom floors and Jesus were awesome. They really cared about the quality of their work and did a great job. I got several other quotes and Custom Floors gave a very fair price. What was most impressive was how quickly they did our job. Their guys worked incredibly hard and did an amazing job. Jesus was very responsive, knowledge and get to work with. I would absolutely recommend these guys and we will be hiring them again for our next project - thanks!!"

"We had vinyl flooring installed throughout our house. The crew removed the old carpet, baseboards and some tile. They installed new baseboard and flooring. Javier's crew did a FANTASTIC JOB! The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. They installed flooring in another house that we had and because they do GREAT work we had them do our house. I HIGHLY recommend Monteros Hardwood Flooring."

"Mike suggested we get the carpets cleaned and just do a small carpet replacement rather than completely replace the carpet.  He said that the carpet was still in good condition and should last at least a few more years.  Honest, helpful, and caring.  When we do purchase carpet, it will be from M&M Carpets.

"Easy process on our end. The installers did an amazing job considering the walls were not straight in our kitchen."

"Store rep was very professional and responsive. He came to my house to measure and provide a quote free of charge and allowed me to borrow sample material from the store. The final quote was a little more than the preliminary estimate based on square footage (when we first visited the store) but it was worth it. It was easy to get an installation appointment and the installers did an extremely thorough and professional job. We were very happy with how the work looked when it was finished."

"Perfectly! Large area cleaned and polished, furniture moved floors looks great, stains were removed, very professional in every way"

"The flooring and carpet guys were really good and they were right on time, but the tile guy was somewhat unreliable as he was a couple of days late getting out here.  I don’t think I’ll be using the tile guy again in the future.  As far as their responsiveness, in the beginning they were great but at the end they wouldn’t return our calls."

"Jason's prices are very reasonable. He is very helpful and knowledgable with regard to providing advice on what products to use on carpets / floors.
