The manufacturer sent their own repair man and that guy just pretty much reset the computer and now my machine works well. I should have just called the manufacturer first. I had to pay the 80 dollar service call to Affordable Appliance for them just to diagnose it. I was charged the 80 at first and the owner Richie contacted me and was very helpful in making my situation right. He refunded me the charge for the service call and offered his business again if I want it in the future. This was a great way to show that he cares about his customers and based by that action, I will recommend him for future jobs."

He called me the same day I contacted him, came out as quickly as his schedule would allow, and the service was done in a very safe, professional, and efficient manner by him at a very reasonable cost. He has a truly pleasant demeanor, was courteous and kind during the whole process no matter the circumstances, and went out of his way to return to the house and help me with a stuck garage door. He even maintained his courteousness after I mistakenly locked him out of the basement. I would definitely hire him again for any of my appliance repairs or new appliance installations."

The repair could not be completed as there was additional damage. They ordered another part and ultimately fixed the issue. This was important to me as I did not want to get rid of a perfectly good appliance and add to the ever growing landfills. Also, a new unit would have cost me more that 2x the repair (Thermador microwave). Arthur and John were great. Both courteous and professional and passed whatever savings they could on to me. Cannot say enough about this service. You will not be disappointed if you hire them. By the way, their service fee was counted toward my repair! Good business practice!"

"Our fridge decided to stop freezing and cooling things on a Friday night. I called Joe on Saturday morning and he came out that afternoon and repaired it. The same day service saved the contents of our fridge. Not only did he replace the broken part but also thoroughly cleaned out all the machinery inside the fridge and the entire area around it in the kitchen. It was an old fridge but well liked and I'm glad we called Joe and repaired it for a very reasonable price instead of getting a new one. I will definitely call him if any other appliance starts acting up."

Joe figured out a way to prove to tenant that heating system was in fact working. He is clever, responsive, and keeps his word. He always goes above and beyond. His pricing is also extremely fair. As a landlord, I want to make sure I hire someone who is reliable and knows what they are doing. Joe is just the guy for my maintenance needs. As far as the granite counter goes, I was able to save $500 off what I was quoted from somewhere else because Joe has relationships with other contractors and was able to save me money on the materials. He was able to install it in one day so that it did not inconvenience my tenant. There were some logistical problems but that did not slow Joe down in getting the job done in the time-frame we needed. The job is beautiful. I love it and my tenant loves it. It has definitely added value to the condo. He came in significantly under budget and finished it in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe to anyone. His word is his bond. When you call him, he always either answers his phone or returns your call right away. He acts as if he is spending his own and does his best to save you some extra on your projects."
