"Great customer service. Good communication with estimate and service time. Arrived on time and made repairs they said were needed for the price they quoted. Could not have been a better experience. Thank you!"

"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Customer service was great. Technician came out on a service call, and did an inspection. I was informed of what the issue was, and the repair was completed the same day. The entire repair did not take long at all. The Technician provided professional and quality service!"

"Great! Came out quickly, made the repair, very friendly. We received a discount for using Angie's List. I will use them again and refer them to friends."

"I very pleased the way the repair person handled the problems and he was very patient and made sure there wasn't any other problems."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"The tech responded quickly the same day. He was prompt, respectful and went to work right away. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to repair my microwave within my budget. I would give a 5 star rating."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
